Inside the .zip file you will find a folder titled Frontier B737-200oc. Just copy this folder into the "aircraft" folder of your main FS2002 directory. In the folder, you will find a file named SMOKE_JT8D.fx. This is for that smoke effect that you get from the old JT8D's. Just drop the effect in the FS2002 effects folder. If propted to overwrite, say yes (make sure and back up your original file first...just in case!).
